We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process. They should also have a proven track record of successful sales in the past. Responsibilities may include developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, developing sales plans, and managing a sales team. The Sales Manager will need to be highly organized, have a drive for success, and possess the ability to motivate others.
Responsibilities:-
- Developing and delivering sales plans to meet organizational objectives
- Analyzing and reporting on sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Managing the sales team by setting goals and targets, developing sales strategies, and leading and motivating team members
- Establishing customer relationships and maintaining strong customer service standards
- Keeping up to date with the market, customer trends and product development
- Monitoring customer demand and conducting competitor analysis
- Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Developing pricing strategies and proposals for customers
- Coordinating sales operations with other departments
