Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process. They should also have a proven track record of successful sales in the past. Responsibilities may include developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, developing sales plans, and managing a sales team. The Sales Manager will need to be highly organized, have a drive for success, and possess the ability to motivate others.


  1. Developing and delivering sales plans to meet organizational objectives
  2. Analyzing and reporting on sales performance metrics and KPIs
  3. Managing the sales team by setting goals and targets, developing sales strategies, and leading and motivating team members
  4. Establishing customer relationships and maintaining strong customer service standards
  5. Keeping up to date with the market, customer trends and product development
  6. Monitoring customer demand and conducting competitor analysis
  7. Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals
  8. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  9. Developing pricing strategies and proposals for customers
  10. Coordinating sales operations with other departments
